- What time is check-in and check-out?
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Check-out is 10:00 a.m. for Dome-type rooms, or 11:00 a.m. for Villa-type rooms.

- Is early check-in or late check-out available?
- Early check-in may be possible depending on availability — just ask us in advance. We're not able to offer late check-out.

- Will there be a cancellation fee?
- A 50% fee applies from 14 days before your stay, and 100% from 7 days before.

- What happens if I need to cancel due to a typhoon or bad weather?
- If it isn't safe for you to travel to us, we'll work with you flexibly on rescheduling or cancellation — just get in touch as soon as you can.

- Do you offer a children's rate, and can a child share a bed with a parent?
- Yes — we offer discounted children's rates and family-friendly plans. Children who haven't yet started elementary school (around age 6 and under) can share a bed with a parent at no extra charge.

- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept cash as well as American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, Mastercard, UnionPay, and VISA.

- Is day use (without an overnight stay) available?
- We're sorry, but day use isn't available.

- Can we book the whole property for a private group?
- We accept full-property bookings depending on the season — please contact us to check availability.

- We communicate in simple English along with translation apps.

- What is the maximum number of guests per room?
- Suite and Deluxe Villas accommodate 2–6 guests; Forest Garden Domes and Nature Domes accommodate 2–5 guests.

- How many beds does each room have, and what size are they?
- The number of beds varies by room — check the room page for details. Villa-type rooms have semi-double beds; Dome-type rooms have single beds.

- Are the rooms non-smoking?
- Yes, all rooms are non-smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes.

- Is the in-room bath a natural hot spring? Can guests with tattoos use it?
- Yes — every room has its own natural hot spring (onsen) bath, and you're free to adjust the water temperature. Because it's private to your own room, guests with tattoos are welcome too.

- Do rooms have a sauna?
- Villa-type rooms each have their own private sauna.

- What comes standard in every room?
- Every room includes a kitchen, refrigerator, private toilet, washbasin, air conditioning (heating and cooling), an air purifier with humidifying function, a private fire pit (available until 9:00 p.m.), and blankets.

- Is Wi-Fi available?
- Yes — a password is required, which our staff will give you at check-in.

- Can I see Mt. Fuji?
- Yes. The area in front of our reception building is a favorite photo spot with a wide-open view of Mt. Fuji. Depending on your room, you may also enjoy beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from the hot spring bath, the sauna, or your room itself.

- What amenities are provided?
- Please see the individual room pages for a full amenity list.

- Is loungewear provided, including for children?
- Yes — we provide two-piece nightwear (top and bottom) for each guest, including children's sizes.

- Do you provide anything for guests traveling with a dog?
- Yes — pet amenities such as pee pads and a pet toilet are provided, and rooms that allow pets come with their own private dog run.

- Is there anything for kids to do on a rainy day?
- Yes — we lend out board games and Mölkky (a Finnish lawn game) for indoor fun. There's no playground on site.

- Do you have a laundry room, vending machines, or a shop?
- We don't have an on-site laundry room, but there's a coin laundry about a 5-minute drive away. The front desk building has a vending machine and a small souvenir shop.

- Can I bring my own food and drinks?
- Yes — you're welcome to bring whatever you like.

- Can I bring my own BBQ grill or hot plate?
- For fire-prevention and safety reasons, outside cooking equipment isn't permitted.

- Can we still BBQ if it rains or snows?
- Yes — our BBQ spaces are covered and heated, so it's no problem.

- What kitchen equipment, cookware, and tableware are included?
- Each room's kitchen has an induction (IH) cooktop, a sink, and counter space, along with its own cookware, plates, and cutlery.

- Can I order breakfast only, or add a meal to a room-only plan?
- Yes — choose the room-only plan and add breakfast, or any other meal, as an option.

- Is there a children's menu?
- Yes — a kids' BBQ option for dinner, and hot sandwiches for breakfast. Guests on our winter-only Kai Aji Kurabe – Shindo Fuji course can also enjoy kai hoto, a Yamanashi specialty, with their children. See our Meal page for details.

- Can you accommodate food allergies?
- We're sorry, but we're unable to accommodate specific food allergies. You're welcome to bring your own ingredients instead.

- Do you offer halal, vegetarian, or vegan meals?
- We're currently unable to guarantee meals for specific dietary requirements, but you're welcome to bring your own food and use the kitchen in your room.

- Are there meal options besides BBQ? What about celebration cakes or alcohol?
- Yes — our year-round hot pot course, Flames at the Mountain's Foot: A Hot Pot Gastronomy, and our winter-only (November–May) Kai Aji Kurabe – Shindo Fuji course, with red-and-white wine hot pot and chirashi sushi, are both available. See our Meal page for details. A whole celebration cake can be arranged as an option when you book. We don't sell alcohol, but we serve complimentary drinks at our Nature Bar from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m.

- Are fireworks allowed?
- Handheld fireworks are allowed in a designated area until 9:00 p.m.

- Do you take any precautions against bears?
- Yes — we maintain perimeter countermeasures, use repellents, and are strict about food and trash storage.

- Can I get here without a car?
- Yes. We offer a shuttle at set times — just select it as an option when you book.
Check-in day: departs Kawaguchiko Station at 2:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.
Check-out day: departs the property at 10:15 a.m. or 11:15 a.m.
Seats are limited and may not be available if the shuttle is full.
If you'd rather not use the shuttle, a taxi from Kawaguchiko Station takes about 18 minutes (9.2 km); fares vary, so please check with a local taxi company. From Tokyo (Shinjuku), it's about 1 hour 46 minutes by car, or about 2 hours 15 minutes by highway bus (the Shinjuku–Fuji Five Lakes Line).

- What should I pack? What's the weather like?
- We sit at altitude near Mt. Fuji, so evenings are cool even in summer — pack a warm layer regardless of season.

- Are there any recommended sightseeing spots nearby?
- We're right in the heart of the Fuji Five Lakes area, with plenty to see within a 30-minute drive.
Aokigahara Forest (about 5–6 min): a vast forest at the foot of Mt. Fuji, home to the natural lava caves Narusawa Ice Cave and Fugaku Wind Cave — cool even in summer, and forest-walking tours are popular here.
Michi-no-Eki Narusawa (a few minutes by car, or a 17-minute walk): a roadside station with local produce, souvenirs, and light meals.
Saiko Iyashi no Sato Nenba (about 11 min): a restored thatched-roof village and a favorite photo spot with Mt. Fuji as the backdrop.
Fuji Motosuko Resort (about 19 min): famous for its spring Shibazakura (moss phlox) Festival, near Lake Motosu — the view on the ¥1,000 banknote.
Oishi Park (about 22 min): a lakeside park on Lake Kawaguchi with seasonal flowers and Mt. Fuji views.
Oshino Hakkai (about 31 min): a historic village built around eight spring-fed ponds.

- Can I enjoy a day-trip hot spring or a meal nearby?
- Yes — Fuji Chobo no Yu Yurari, a popular day-use hot spring with Mt. Fuji views, is about a 17-minute walk away (just a few minutes by car). Michi-no-Eki Narusawa also has light meals too.
